I presented today in an urgent manner with a complex medical case and I was thoroughly listened to, assessed, and effectively treated despite my various medical challenges.

The care provided in this office was exceptional and truly surpasses all other previous dental and even most medical encounters I have engaged in as a patient. I can share that as a patient who has an RN, BSN, this is the provider and staff that I would recommend to my very own family above anyone else.

All the staff is amazing! Deidra does a really good job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Han is very nice and checked on me throughout my crown procedure. In the past procedures always would hurt and it is hard for me to keep my jaw opened. The crown was pain free and he let me take breaks to rest my jaw. Definitely recommend them if your looking for a dentist in the Lansing area.

I met Dr Han for the first time and he's very nice and personable. The hygienist and receptionist are all friendly and professional.

Dr Jae Han, BEYOND DENTAL, has established his practice following the retirement of the Hidlay Family Dentistry. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Han (who said: “call me Jae”). Dr. Han will be our third dentist to take over from the previous practice. Our family has been with this practice for 60 years and it just keeps getting better! From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the chair side dental assistants - all are friendly, skilled and dedicated. Dr. Han will truly benefit from his great staff and they from him. Going to the dentist doesn’t rank high in my “fun things to do”, but I can honestly say, I go with the extreme confidence that I will be welcomed, well treated and assured of superior care. Looking for a family dentist? Beyond Dental is where you want to be!

I had a new patient appointment today, and I am extremely happy with my experience. The office is clean and bright. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. My hygienist, Deidra, was empathic with my past experiences at another providers office. She quickly put me at ease, and was fun to talk with. I also met Dr. Han today. I felt absolutely no judgement from him in regards to me not prioritizing my dental health. I also didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me into procedures I didn't need. He explained to me in detail how my bite is affecting my teeth, and how it will affect them in the future. He made some suggestions, and offered several options on how to move forward with my decision. Everything he said made perfect sense, and left me wondering why my previous providers hadn't suggested the same options. Again, I never felt pressured to jump to a decision either. I just want to express how NICE he was too. I walked in feeling nervous, but walked out knowing I made the right decision in coming to Dr. Han.

Three words. Quick, quick, quick. Evaluation and extraction same day. 5/5 stars 100 percent.

Staff is extremely friendly, and the new doctor, Dr Han is extremely friendly and helpful as well. I had to have a crown recently, and Dr. Han did excellent work. My hygienist is always awesome and nice as well. I highly recommend Beyond Dental.

I have never had such quality care from a dental office! They are genuinely concerned about your dental hygiene, offering tips and proactive steps before going to more intensive procedures. I had some concerns about the sensitivity of my teeth and while waiting for my daughter's appt to finish, they made the time to look at them right there! They see our whole family from the youngest up and really have a comforting approach with my little ones! A great team and I'm so thankful to have found them!!!
